Our opening hours are 9:00 to 4:30. We ensure goods are always in stock and ready for dispatch if ordered before 3:00 pm except Bank Holidays and Weekends.
Free delivery on all Orders over £6.00 (UK Mainland only). All small orders are shipped via Royal Mail and bulky and weighs over 2kg will be delivered with Parcel force or Evri (formerly Hermes).
Our promise is to dispatch the goods same day, but we cannot guarantee 100% if the delivery is delayed by the courier due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible of any loss of business due to delayed shipments.

* Aerosols, over 2kg in weight and liquids are not permitted by post to Ireland and Scotland or Jersey.
** Deliveries to Scotland may take longer than normally delivery time and may take 3-5 days.
Our promise of next working day delivery may not be possible to remote areas of Scotland and additional chargers may apply.
Please speak to our customer service team if your delivery address is Scottish Highlands and remote areas including Northern Ireland.
In an unusual event if the delivery is repeatedly attempted and no or little effort is made to accept/collect the delivery, we reserve the right to recall the goods and the customer will be responsible for the collection of goods.
